What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
At Familia, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully check every product before dispatch to ensure you receive the best quality.
As most of our products are premium imported accessories, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.

A damaged/defective item,

What is your Refund Policy?
To claim a refund for a damaged, defective, or missing item, an uncut parcel opening video is mandatory.
Without an uncut opening video, we will not be able to process any claims.
If your claim is verified, we will refund only the amount of the damaged, defective, or missing item. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
