No Returns and No Replacements
Familia follows a strict no return and no replacement policy for all products.

Refund Eligibility

• Payment is successfully deducted but the order is not confirmed

• Order is cancelled by Familia due to stock unavailability or operational issues

Refund Process
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
Familia is not liable for refunds, returns, or replacements for incorrect items once delivered unless the customer receives any other product than what is ordered or damaged in the transit. Customers should have a valid proof to display the issue occurred during the purchase or delivery.
